- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup butter
- Measure milk, water and 1/3 cup of butter into a small bowl and warm in the microwave until the butter is melted, about 20 to 30 seconds
