Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn Kernels – 200 gms
  • Green and Red Capsicums – 1/2 cup, sliced lengthwise or cubed, seeds removed
  • Juice of 1 large Lemon or 2 medium Lemons
  • Olive Oil – 2 1/2 tblsp
  • Pepper Powder – little
  • Salt as per taste
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • Red Onion – 2 tblsp, sliced
  • Firm Tomatoes – 1 tblsp, chopped, seeds removed
  • Cucumber – 2 tblsp, sliced or diced
