Directions

  1. Rinse rice until water runs clear. Place rice in pot with the water and bring to a boil uncovered.
  2. Once at a boil reduce & cover. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and microwave 30-45 seconds. Fold into rice coating completely. Allow to cool to room temp before using.
