Ingredients

  • 1 young Thai coconut (water and meat) or 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 fist full of dandelion or kale
  • filtered water, as needed for volume
  • 2 bananas, preferably frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon lucuma powder (optional)
  • vanilla extract (4 drops *Medicine Flower or 1 1/4 teaspoon liquid)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 2 Tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Spirulina Powder (optional)
