  • 12 medium – large chard leaves
  • 2oz (60gr) Prosciutto or other dry-cured ham, cut into strips
  • 1 roasted red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbs fresh oregano leaves
  • 3 tbs fresh garlic chives, chopped
  • 2 tbs pesto rosso
  • 1 tbs good olive oil
