Ingredients
- 4 lrg Green or possibly red peppers
- 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- Â Â Salt & Pepper to taste
- Â Â Nutmeg to taste
- 6 Tbsp. Minced onions
- 4 Tbsp. Minced bacon
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Cooked rice
Directions
- Soak lid of clay cooker.
- Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers. Set stuffed peppers into the cooker. Cover and put into cool oven. Turn to 425 F., and bake for 60 min.
