Ingredients
- 1 box Wild Quick Brown Rice
- 6 med Bell peppers, cored
- 1/4 c. Black olives
- 1/4 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Diced onions
- 1 x Egg (optional)
- 1 c. Grated cheese (optional)
Directions
- Steam bell peppers till tender. Cook contents of the box according to package directions. After the rice is cooked add in one egg and the vegetables to the rice. Stuff the mix into cooled bell peppers, and cover with cheese.
