  • 2 pounds flank steak-sliced very thin against the grain*
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cooking Sherry
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 8 ounces snow peas, ends trimmed
  • 5 whole scallions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces on the diagonal
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut or olive oil
  • Long grain rice, cooked
