Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Rum
- 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 2Â 1/2 c. Vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- Â Â Powdered sugar
Directions
- Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar. Combine and stir rum with light corn syrup. Add in and mix vanilla wafers and minced pecans. Roll ingredients together into balls. Dip each ball into powdered sugar, or possibly put them in a plastic bag and shake them in the sugar.
- Makes 25 rum balls.
