Ingredients

  • 1 bot Spanish Marinade
  • 2 lrg bay leaves
  •     salt & pepper
  •     garlic pwdr
  •     sugar
  • 4 x pork chops 1" thick (4 to 8)

Directions

  1. In a zip lock bag; combine marinade, bay leaves, and a sprinkling of garlic pwdr and a healthy pinch of sugar. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and garlic pwdr.
  2. Put pork chops and marinade components in a zip lock bag and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 hrs.
  3. Light grill; and remove pork chops from marinade. Throw away marinade; grill chops to desired doneness.
