1LB BUTTER, SOFTENEND
4C FLOUR
1C SUGAR
GROUND WALNUTS
2 EGG YOLKS
BEATEN EGG WHITES
1 OZ YEAST (1PK YEAST)

Directions

Blend softened butter with sugar, add yolks and beat some more. Add yeast and mix well add flour and put together until all the four is used up.
Set in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Form in to balls.
Dip in egg white then nuts.
Bake @ 375 20 min.
