Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen sweet corn
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 4-6 hours, stirring 2-3 times to ensure the cream cheese is melted.2.6
