Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and pour into custard cups.
  2. Only fill them half full. They will double in size.
  3. Microwave them one at the time for about 1 minute.
  4. And enjoy.
  5. They taste even better with some chocolate syrup on them.
  6. For extra chocolate richness, place about 6 chocolate chips in the bottom of each custard cup before baking.
  7. You can double this recipe and put the dough in the fridge to make more of them the next day.
  8. They're great to make the dough ahead for when company comes over so you make them their own steamy hot chocolate cake for dessert.
