Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tbsp. red food coloring
- 1/2 to 1 quart. strawberries
- 1 baked pie crust (cooled)
Directions
- Combine cornstarch, Jello, sugar, water and coloring. Cook till thick. Add in strawberries. When cold pour into pie shell. Chill. Add in whipped cream.
