Directions

  1. Place a small amount of vegetable oil in skillet and saute/fry potatoes till tender. Add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft. Add in tomato and jalapeno. Cook till tomato is softened. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Serve with a fried egg and a hamburger patty.
