Directions

  1. Saute onion in hot oil until transparent.
  2. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Stir fry until tomatoes are mushy.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Continue stirring until eggs are done and minced.
