Scalloped Potatoes With Bacon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 box scalloped potato mix
  • 1 lb Bacon

Directions

  1. Fry bacon till cooked but not crisp (unless you like crisp bacon).
  2. Degrease bacon. Mix up scalloped potatoes and add in bacon then cook according to package directions.
  3. It's not a bad little dish and it's quite filling. It works well with ham, too.
