Sausage & Peppers in the Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) packages Italian sausages-cut into quarters on the diagonal
  • 2 red peppers-cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow pepper-cut into chunks (you could use green pepper as well, I just don't care for them)
  • 1 large red or yellow onion-cut into chunks
  • 4 garlic cloves-minced
  • 2 cans Diced tomatoes with onion and basil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
