Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. uncooked shell macaroni (about 3 c.)
  • 1 (6 ounce.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (chilled and undrained)
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans salmon (liquid removed and flaked)
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp. capers (liquid removed)

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cool water. Drain. Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients. Serves 4.
