  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, about three inches in length
  • small pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • 4-6 oz. fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 1/4 c. agave nectar
  • 20 oz. club soda
  • Lemon slices and more rosemary for serving (optional)
