  1. MICROWAVE morsels and peanut butter in large, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 2 min; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring till smooth. Cold for 1 minute. Stir in marshmallows till coated; stir in Goobers. DROP by heaping Tbsp. onto prepared baking sheet. Chill till hard. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
