Serve 10        Marinated 10 oz. kale 1 Tbs Preilla 1 tsp salt or Korean 4 cups short grain uncooked white 1 cup sweet 1/2 cup 5 cups 2 new potatoes, 1/4 carrot, Seasoning 4 T - soy 2 T - 1 T - sesame 1 T - Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)1 T - sesame seeds1-2 t - minced garlic2 t  - sugar / or Maesil Cheong (Plum Concentrate)2 – 3 - scallions, thinly 1 - serrano or jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced 3-4 T - Korean Wild Chives / Korean garlic chives, chopped place kale in a large bowl.
