2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
4 c. Rhubarb

Directions

Combine ingredients;pour into 9" pastry-lined pan or possibly pie plate.
Bake @ 400 degrees 10 min.Then bake @ 300 degrees 50 to 60 min.Cold.Top with whipped cream.
