Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 2/3 c. Small red cinnamon candies
- 2 pkt (3 ounce) lemon gelatin pwdr
- 1 can (1 lb) sweetened applesauce
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine boiling water with the red warm cinnamon candies in saucepan; stir over low heat to dissolve candies. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin. Blend in applesauce. Pour half of mix into a 2 qt mold or possibly 8 in square pan; refrigeratetill hard. Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise; add in nuts.
- Spread cheese mix over chilled mix. Pour remaining gelatin mix over cheese mix. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly till hard.
