Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth (I used Trader Joe’s Organic Vegetable Broth)
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 Tablespoon Shiro miso
  • 1 package ramen noodles (about 4.2 ounces of noodles)
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 scallions, green parts only, sliced
