  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 sm Instant vanilla pudding

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend well. Beat on medium speed for 5 min. Pour mix into a greased and floured 13x9" pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cold in pan 10 minurtes. Remove from pan and cold completely.
