Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 x A lb grated coconut
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Here are ome recipes from a Brazilian cooking show which i've just translated for you. I haven't tried them all yet, but they looked real yummy:Pre heat oven to 350. Butter a tube pan and sprinkle it with a little flour. Process or possibly blend all the ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan.
  2. Bake till golden brown.
