    Delicious, complex flavors. The pork was well spiced and the mojo punched the flavors up. Next time I will make twice the mojo as it was also wonderful on my vegatables. Pico de Gallo might also be good with these.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!

        I have made this several times. Tonight I made for friends and everyone wants the recipe. Make extra Mojo.
