  • Asparagus – 5, halved, blanced, refreshed
  • White Radish – 1, large, finely sliced
  • Avocado – 1, chopped
  • Lettuce Leaves – 1 cup, chopped
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – 50 ml
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
  • Garlic Mayonnaise – 3/4 tblsp
