Ingredients
- 4 c. potatoes
- 1/2 pound grnd sausage
- 3 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley
Directions
- Partly boil potatoes and chop. Saute/fry sausage till lightly browned, break it up with fork. Remove from pan. Add in to pan; onion and celery, and saute/fry for 3 min. Add in the sausage, potatoes, and bread crumbs, also the salt and parsley. Mix all well together.
