Ingredients

  • 1- 2 to 2-1/2 pound boneless beef chuck pot roast
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • Serve roast with gravy and onions. 5 grams carbs per serving
