Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 5 to 6 med. size potatoes
- 1 sm. head cabbage
- 1 med. onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Lightly brown pork chops in a skillet in 1 tbsp. oil. Line bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish with pork chops. Peel and slice potatoes in thin slices. Layer over pork chops. Add in shredded cabbage over potatoes, top with thinly sliced onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in 2/3 c. of water. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
