  1. 1. In a non stick skillet heat oil over medium heat, cook mushrooms till lightly browned about 3 mintues; set aside.
  2. 2. Add in pork to pan and brown on all sides, about 5 min (pork will still be pink inside)
  3. 3. Add in undiluted mushroom soup, paprika, ketchup, worcestershire, and cooked mushrooms; reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 min to blend flavours.
  4. 4, Stir in parsleyand lowfat sour cream; heat over low till warmed through - Don't Boil !!
  5. 5. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
