Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (10 ounce.) cans pizza sauce
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. noodles
- 1 (8 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sliced pepperoni
Directions
- Brown hamburger with onions and spices. Put in a 4 qt baking dish. Cook noodles. Combine all other ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, covered and 15 min, uncovered. Can substitute spaghetti sauce for the pizza sauce.
