Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Sauteegarlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in crushed tomatoes, prosciutto, parsley, bay leaves, red pepper, vodka and simmer for about 10 min in medium heat.
  2. 2. Cook penne and drain.
  3. 3. Add in heavy cream to sauce and cook for 2 min in low heat.
  4. 4. Mix penne in sauce and add in Parmesan cheese. Mix again.
  5. Serve with garlic bread.
