Directions

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix and roll into 1 inch balls.
  2. Put balls in miniature muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min. (take paper off peanut butter c.) While warm, push peanut butter c. into center of cookie till even with cookie. Cold before removing from pans. Makes 40 tarts. Can be frzn.
