Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Ice Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x 6-ounce keebler ready crust, chocolate pie crust
  • 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 1/4 c. Keebler chips deluxe with peanut butter c. cookies, minced
  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 6 ounce Smucker's chocolate fudge topping
  • 8 x Miniature peanut butter c., whole

Directions

  1. Place mixing bowl in freezer. In seperate bowl, mix peanut butter and honey. Chop cookies into coarse pcs. Put softened ice cream in bowl from freezer, add in peanut buttter and honey mix and 1 c. of minced cookies.
  2. Mix on low with electric mixer till well blended. Spoon 1/2 of the ice cream mix into pie crust. Layer with chocolate fudge topping. Spoon remaining ice cream mix in pie crust. Garnish with remaining minced cookies and peanut butter c.. Freeze overnight before serving.
  3. Makes 8servings!
