  • 1 x graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/2 c. cashews minced
  • 6 ounce chocolate fudge topping

Directions

  1. Mix Peanut butter and Honey. Stir mix into softened ice cream.
  2. Spoon half of ice cream mix into Crust. Sprinkle with half of minced cashews. Drizzle 4 ounce. fudge sauce over cashews. Spoon remaining ice cream mix into pie shell. Sprinkle with the remaining cashews. Drizzle 2 ounce fudge sauce over cashews. Freeze overnight before serving. Garnish with Cold Whip and additional fudge sauce if you like..
