Ingredients

  • 2 cans peach halves (be sure to have 12 halves)
  • 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon, each about 3 inches long
  • 4 whole cardamoms
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon powdered allspice
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add in spices to syrup and simmer 15 min. Pour spiced syrup over peaches and refrigerateat least 24 hrs.
