Pasta with Goat Cheese, Basil & Cherry Tomatoes
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup (2.8oz, 80gr) farfalle
1/2 box (2.5oz, 75gr) soft goat cheese
2 tbs chicken stock
2 tbs fresh, snipped basil
2 tbs fresh, snipped chives
1/2 cup (3oz, 90gr) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
;Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
While pasta cooks: Heat stock in a small saucepan.
Add goat cheese and stir just until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and add herbs.
Pour sauce over pasta, add cherry tomatoes, stir well and serve.
