Directions

  1. Combine the eggs and vanilla
  2. Beat well
  3. Add the sugar and the flour sifted with salt and baking powder
  4. Blend well
  5. Stir in the nuts and the fruits
  6. Bake in a greased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan at 350 F for 30 minutes
  7. Cool in the pan on a wire rack
  8. Cut into 2 inches squares
  9. Sprinkle with the sugar
