These yummy muffins are made with Muesli Cereal~ They are delicious and good for you:) Enjoy them with a drizzle of honey~
Muesli Applesauce Muffins
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup apple juice or water
1 1/2 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground allspice
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 cups Muesli cereal
1 cup dried fruit, (raisins, figs, dates, cranberries, cherries, or blueberries)
