  • 2 1/2 c. Canned plum tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, dry
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dry
  • 10 x Anchovie fillets, minced
  • 1 c. Kalamata oilves, sliced
  • 1 x Warm red pepper-small, chopped
  • 2 tsp Capers Salt and pepper to taste Cooked spaghetti

Directions

  1. Tomato Sauce - Harlot Style-
  2. Before anything, open the canned tomatoes and chop into small pcs. Start cooking the spaghetti per package directions. Meanwhile, saute/fry the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil until bubbly, but not brown. Add in the tomatoes, parsley, oregano, olives, peppers, anchovies, and capers. Stir and simmer for 10 min or possibly till thickened a bit. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the pasta when done cooking, toss with the sauce and sprinkle with some parmesan, if you really must. I think it detracts from the flavors of the sauce.
