Ingredients
- Apples (4-6) Sugar (Brown or possibly white) Cinnamon
Directions
- Peel and core the apples. Cut into chunks.
- Place apples in a microwaveable dish with a few Tbsp. of water.
- Microwave on high for 8-10 min. Check the apples. When ready the apples will be soft. Mash them.
- Taste the sauce and sweeten with sugar to taste.
- Season the sauce with cinnamon to taste.
- You can serve this applesauce hot or possibly cool. It is great any time of the year.
