Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef; 1/4 med Onion, chopped; 2 slc Dry toast, cubed; 3/4 c. Applesauce; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 2 Tbsp. Catsup; 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar; 1 tsp Dry mustard; 1 tsp Prepared horseradish

1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
1/4 med Onion, chopped
2 slc Dry toast, cubed
3/4 c. Applesauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp. Catsup
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tsp Prepared horseradish

Directions

Mix together thoroughly the grnd beef, onions, dry bread cubes, applesauce, and seasonings. Pack into 9x5x3 inch greased loaf pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar, mustard, and horseradish and spoon over top of loaf.
Bake 325F for 1 hour.
Yield: 6
