Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix all meatballs ingredients together. Shape mix by rounded teaspoonfuls into 3/4-inch balls. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 min, or possibly simmer on medium heat in frypan.
- Gravy: Drain drippings. Add in one can cream of mushroom soup. Blend in 1/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly water. Add in 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce. Stir often over medium heat. Add in cooked meatballs. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
