  • 1/4 lb Grnd pork
  • 1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 sprg parsley minced or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Well-beaten Large eggs Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in warm fat. Add in to sauce and cook over low heat 15 min. Serve over spaghetti.
