1/2 c. soy a sauce (Kikkoman)
2 or possibly more (4 good) cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Directions

1. This will marinate a large (4 lb.) chicken or possibly 1 large turkey breast.
2. Marinate at least 1 hour.
3. Can use teriyaki and garlic pwdr if you like.
4. Pour over fowl and roast in oven. Coat pcs well.
