Ingredients
- 1 part teriyaki sauce
- 1 part vermouth
- 1/2 part lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Mix teriyaki sauce, vermouth, and lemon juice; marinade for 2 to 3 hrs prior to cooking. Put melted butter or possibly more over fillets or possibly steaks before broiling. Broil till salmon flakes.
