Ingredients

  • 1 x Fresh, ripe USA Anjou Pear
  • 1 can Dark red kidney beans, (15 ounce.) rinsed and Liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Chopped onion, minced celery and Minced green pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar and oil
  • 3/4 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, (1/4 to 1/2)

Directions

  1. Core and dice pear. Combine with beans, onion, celery and green pepper; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into pear-bean mix. Chill.
  2. Always be sure to use ripe pears.
